We offer a tailored, multi‑modal treatment designed to support you throughout the menopause. Whether you are entering perimenopause, navigating menopause itself, or experiencing ongoing symptoms in post‑menopause, this treatment provides targeted support to help you feel more balanced, comfortable and grounded.
Understanding the Three Stages of Menopause
Perimenopause This is the transitional phase where hormonal changes begin. Periods may become irregular, hormone production decreases and fertility naturally declines. Symptoms often start to appear during this stage.
Menopause Menopause is reached when your periods have been absent for a full 12 months due to lower hormone levels. This phase can last anywhere from 2 to 10 years, and symptoms may vary widely from person to person.
Post‑Menopause This is the stage after menopause, when hormonal changes have fully taken effect. Periods do not return, although symptoms may continue or fluctuate.
