Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

GDPR & Data Protection

To comply with UK GDPR regulations, all clients are required to complete an online consultation form prior to receiving any treatment. This form must be updated if there are any changes to your medical history, medication, contact details, or address to ensure your records remain accurate and up to date.

All personal data is treated as strictly confidential and stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR, data protection legislation, and insurance requirements. Treatment records will be retained for the period required by law and our insurers.

You have the right to request access to the personal information held about you, request corrections where appropriate, and ask questions about how your data is processed.

Your information will not be shared with third parties unless requested by you, required for your treatment, or where we are legally obliged to do so.

If you believe there is an issue with how your data is being collected or stored, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information regarding how your personal data is collected, stored, and processed.

E-Vouchers

E-vouchers are non-refundable except where required by law.

E-vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Treatments purchased using an e-voucher remain subject to completion of the online consultation form prior to your appointment. Certain medical conditions or contraindications may require written approval from a medical professional before treatment can proceed.

---

Appointments, Payments & Policies

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If we are unable to provide your treatment due to circumstances within our control, you will be offered an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur the full treatment charge.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to three times. Any further requests to reschedule may require a new booking and payment at our discretion.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment will be carried out for the remainder of your allocated session where possible. The full treatment fee will still apply, as other appointments may be scheduled immediately afterwards. If you arrive too late for treatment to be safely completed, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the full treatment fee will still apply.

A reminder email will be sent approximately 56 hours prior to your appointment. Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy only. Failure to receive a reminder does not alter your responsibility to attend your appointment or comply with the cancellation policy.

Medical Information & Treatment

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information and for informing us of any changes to their health, medication, pregnancy status, or medical history before each appointment.

Certain medical conditions or contraindications may prevent treatment or require written medical clearance before treatment can proceed.

Treatment results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client's best interests.

---

Children & Young Persons

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may only receive treatment where appropriate consent has been obtained.

---

Liability

Whilst every reasonable care is taken to provide treatments safely and professionally, we cannot accept responsibility for any adverse reactions where relevant medical information has not been disclosed by the client or where aftercare advice has not been followed.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

---

Exceptional Circumstances

Should we need to cancel or rearrange your appointment due to illness, emergencies, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment or, where appropriate, provide a refund

Third-Party Payments & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any third-party policy or provider (including insurance companies) covers the practitioner’s qualifications and services prior to booking an appointment.
Where an external organisation or company is responsible for payment, full payment must still be made at the time of booking.
For information regarding cancellations, rescheduling, lateness, and missed appointments, please refer to the relevant sections outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
